Mamoru shook his head in amusement and said, “You know you could always just ask them to leave without torturing them with your elevator music. That would be the kinder thing to do don’t you think? As for dancing, I’d be willing to be that wouldn’t scare them away like you seem to think.”
He simply grinned at her continued antics with the appearance of light. It never failed, Usagi always found someway to cheer him up even when she wasn’t purposely trying to do so.
“I have his number, don’t worry. He gave it to me the other day.”
Mamoru nodded absently when she began whining about the light going away. “I’m afraid I haven’t charged it recently, sorry ...” He quickly dialed Lucan’s personal number and listened to the phone ring as he waited semi-patiently for the man to answer. While he waited he vaguely wondered if he would ever have a need to call Lucan for any reason other then an emergency one.

"Kinder perhaps, but ineffective. At least, there are some meetings where you want to say: 'go away' but you can't because it'll only make them stick around longer or you don't want them to get the idea. Music does the trip diplomatically. Kinda." She smirked at Mamoru in the dark as he said her dancing wouldn't scare people away. "You sure about that? You have no idea how many agents have eaten hair because I've twirled too fast. I switched shampoos so that it wouldn't taste quite so bad," Usagi joked. Of course she had done nothing of the sort and was exaggerating, but it had happened from time to time, and with her aides, too. It was only a matter of time before one of the senshi ended up getting the same treatment by accident.
"Well that's good," Usagi remarked when Mamoru said he had Lucan's number. "I think..."
She clung to his arm expectantly, watching the device with baited breath as it rang. Lucan had better pick up, he just better. He always did, but if this one time he didn't...
