Helios' appearence has changed quite a bit since we all last saw him. He has gotten taller (now Five foot seven). His hair, once overly wavy, has been tamed, cut,and straightened, with a few bangs drifting quite fetchingly over his left eye. It is cropped short, as to show off his handsome features. His eyes have retained their sparkling innocence. They are of a soft Amberite-brown, slightly almond shaped, and graced by long coal-colored lashes that only intensify his beautiful gaze.
His face, is still slightly heart-shaped, with a slightly up-turned nose. His lips are somewhat thin, and have a natural pale coral color to them. His frame may be thin, but it is severely misleading. Underneath his pale, peach skin lies a lean layer of muscle. His hands are rather slender, with naturally slender fingers His feet are somewhat small..ish for his height, but it does not affect his walking in any way, shape or form. (Meaning he is not a klutz)
Personality:
Helios used to be rather...shy until he met Small Lady back in the past, although still shy, he has come out of his shell, so to speak. Helios's additude has changed much since the senshi last saw him. He does, however, get quite embarrassed easily, and blushes a bright shade of pink if he's embarrassed. Still soft spoken and patient, Helios rarely, if ever loses his temper. If he does, he will immediately apologize for it, for it is unlike him to do such a thing. Mild-mannered and pretty much lovable, Helios has made a bang, so to speak in the Crystal palace. However, if he is challenged, depending on his mood, he will sometimes rise to that challenge, to prove himself that he is not useless. Then again, he usually turns down a challenge, because he isn't a fighter, as he's stated many a time.
As for protecting people's dreams, this is High priority on Helios' list. Being a priest, he will do whatever it takes (..Even if it literally kills him) To protect the dreams of the innocent. It is these dreams that keep Helios around, for there are so many, and he will not just abandon his duty as priest, even though he is in the Crystal Palace, it means too much to him. The relationship between Mamoru and is Brotherly in a way because in the past and still now...The spirits of Helios, Mamoru, the Earth, and Elysion are linked together as one. It has not faded after over 1000 years.
In his spare time (If he finds any for himself) He likes to read, anything that's available. He finds the earth fantasy stories rather amusing, and can usually be seen reading these.
History:
Born on Elysion, Helios was born to Helena, and Arthur (No last name). They were ordinary people upon Elysion, but, when their silver haired son was born, the people were excited to have a new child in the town. Showered with love and affection all his life, he grew up humble, and began visiting the shrine across town the moment his legs could carry him. Escorts (Bodyguards...actually) would take him there, and the child would pray for hours on end for the safety of Elysion. He was becoming a priest, and the local head monk acknowledged that, and, under Helena and Arthur's approval, Helios began taking the path of a priest. Elysion thrived under this child's odd powers, and one day (When he was 13), he found he had powers to transform into a creature of the utmost beauty and legend upon Elysion. A Pegasus. He would soar through the skies, helping the people with their problems as best he knew how. (Which ranged from Helping little old ladies with their shopping, and saving people from drowning) The citizens of Elysion loved Helios, and would call on him anytime they had trouble. Then one day, when he was 300 or so... He was kidnapped, and the hope of Elysion was lost. It fell into ruin, and soon, darkness overcame it, sending the once beautiful paradise into ruin. Then, a few hundred years or so (After looking for the light of the golden mirror) He found it...the light. It was so pure and innocent. Helios took on the 'image' so to speak of his pegasus form, with the golden horn, and ran to the sparkling beautiful light. And what he found....was Chibiusa.
After the Nehellenia arc Helios returned to Elysion to return it to it's former glory, and he has come back to earth only ONCE. But he has stayed, because he feels a stronger connection with Crystal Tokyo then Elysion itself, because he is closer to the senshi, and closer to Mamoru.
Powers:
Helios is able to heal minor to major wounds by a soft glowing 'aura' around his hands. With Major wounds, he has to pray to keep his 'magic' flowing, because it takes a lot out of him and he'll black out from exaustion even with the praying alongside healing, he will faint. Also, he is still able to transform into Pegasus (Minus the horn) and is allowed one rider (of his choice).
Helios's attacks will be mostly holy/light based. His sword has a silver blade with a slightly off-white hilt and a pegasus flying into the clouds. The sheath of the sword is a marbled green and it's tied around his waist with a dark emerald sash.
"Hagios Phos" (Holy Light)
Mainly a distraction attack, Helios takes out his new weapon, and focuses some of his energy into it, he thrusts it up into the air, calling out "Hagios Phos!" A blinding white light explodes from the blade, temporarily blinding his enemy so that his comrades can get away. Also, the sword doubles as a weapon. So he can cut into his enemies and whatnot.
