Usagi was in a complete panic. She had been informed that today was Hotaru's birthday-- she knew this. But Usagi wasn't good at knowing what day it was, anymore. And there was no way she would let this slip by!! She had to make some emergency preparations-- starting with a cake. No birthday was complete without an amazing cake.
She weaved her way through the kitchen. "Mako-chan!" Usagi cried out, wringing her hands. How long did it take to make a good cake, anyway? Where was Makoto? Usagi didn't have the sense to ask for her, or even if her friend was here-- Usagi needed her now!! Especially since half the day had already passed by with other things happening earlier this morning.
There was a CAKE EMERGENCY!
