I'd like to try to keep these simple and based on common sense and decency. If it becomes necessary, more will be added as we go.
1) Be respectful. Characters may not get along in character. Players may not get along out of character. However, no personal attacks will be tolerated.
2) Keep IC and OOC separate. If you know something that your character should not (perhaps something said in a thread that your charrie is not a part of), then do not give your character this information. If your character is having a conflict with another, do not take this out of character - conflict is good for story building and character development, so it's not necessarily a bad thing IC!
3) Don't play someone else's character! That's kind of self explanatory.
4) Don't God Mod. Yes, your character may be powerful, but no one dodges every single attack. Be realistic. Also, do not load down your character with powers to the point of him or her being invincible. Even Serenity has weaknesses.
