It's up to each player of a shitennou how they want the shitennou to be "restored."
However, there's a few things that need to be stated, fyi.
It's up to you how long it takes - whether it's instantaneous or a gradual process.
What you need to know about, really, is the stone and the half of your soul that is in it.
If you decide to do it gradually, then should Mamoru decide to call his Shitennou to him (their spirits), your in-stoned half will appear fainter.
Regardless of how you do it, when the restoration is complete, your stone will break in two (not shatter - they'll have significance later).
Mixed into all the memories that will come to you via that half of your soul being reconnected to the rest of you, will be the memories from being inside the stone. Perhaps the stones were in the same room during a senshi meeting or a private moment between Usagi and Mamoru.
I want to leave most of this up to you guys, but there is some basic information that you need as we head in this direction.
