Seasons and holidays?

I am just wondering how we will count seasons and holidays. I know time in RP is very different from RL, but when a RL holiday comes around, can we note it in RP to some effect (for instance, "email" people a Christmas card in the journals subforum? ^^

I also ask because of seasons... Sometimes it can be hard to write about weather if it isn't clear which season RP is falling under, kwim?

Yeah it would be odd doing the RL holidays in RP, but only because of the time shift difference. I think having them observed would be fun and give us all something else to RP in general though. More fun and not just plot stuff.

Are we going to assume that the New Order has adopted all cultural holidays then? Holidays are different in different parts of the world.
