So, now we have journals! A couple of guidelines on how to use them.
You need to do something (whether creating a thread specifically for private journal entries as Rei has or just putting PRIVATE in the title) to make it clear which entries are private. A private journal entry can be read by other players but the knowledge held within must remain OOC knowledge ONLY! (We can talk about plots where someone breaks into someone's journal if we wanna do that, but otherwise - it's OOC knowledge only.) (Private journals can be considered on the computer or paper at the discernment of the owner.)
Please, so there's no confusion, mark journal entries that are to be considered public as PUBLIC. Those can be read by characters and even commented on. The information in those can be IC.
If you want to create a filtered thread (for example, just the Senshi or shitennou (cause sometimes there may just be stuff you want to share with the "girls" or the "guys"), please state that in the first line of the post and put FILTERED in the subject.
E-mail's are to be considered confidential.
Again, plots where people sneak into other people's accounts can be talked about, but Ami would like to remind everyone that the private server for the palace is darn secure.
