"Hotaru is going to shadow you at the hospital?" Usagi asked, this being news to her. "What a neat idea! Well, it does sound like you have plenty to keep you busy." She had to refrain from smiling too much at the next request.
"Ah, but Ami-chan, you deserve to get a little recognition, eh?" she nudged her friend gently. "You're so kind-hearted, coming up with this great idea! Everyone should be focused on you. But I know how much you don't like it, so I'll just tell everyone you have a little news, and that's it! And with as many people as we have right now, it's really hard to find a time that can work for everyone. Do you want Haruka-chan and Michiru-chan and Hotaru-chan and everyone to come too? Or just Rei-chan and Makoto-chan and Minako-chan?" She wasn't entirely sure who all Ami-chan was thinking about.

"Was. Unless she wants to shadow me setting up administrative stuff. I'll have to reset it up for a time when I'm seeing patients again - though the attending says I need to get to that point pretty quickly." She grinned, "After all it's a Pediatrics Residency not an Administrative Residency."
"Everyone possible, Usagi. But it's not something to stress over." She also knew that Minako was setting something up for a couple of days from now. Perhaps she should have just turned down any idea of celebration and left it for then. "If we can't get everyone together, I have time now, I'll go see them on my own."

"You'll be able to do it in good time," Usagi said pleasantly. "You're the genius Ami-chan! And I imagine that seeing patients is what you prefer doing, anyway. You have the sweetest bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen..."
Usagi just waved off Ami's remarks. "I'm sure that the others, like me, will be willing to rearrange some things, and if they absolutely can't come, no pressure. But we are going to celebrate!" She stuck her tongue out at Ami playfully and stood up, heading over to her desk and pulling out a sheet of official Crystal Palace stationary, picking up the fountain pen and scribbling a quick note.
"Maria?" She called, sticking her head out the door. One of her senior aides, a fair-skinned woman with thick auburn hair, came and took it from her. "Here, send that out to all the senshi, please?"
"Yes, your majesty..."
"Please, it's just Usagi," she made a face. Usagi thought that working so much with her aides, they might as well call her by her name.
"Yes, Usagi," Maria said with a smile, and disappeared with the note.
"Thank you, Maria!" Usagi called after her, shutting the door again. "There! I suggested this evening. We can do something low-key-- hang out like old times."
