Preferred Earth Age: Haruka would feel most connected with the middle earth. With the motor sports it had to offer, her connection with the wind would be much stronger as she would have the speed to chase it.
Occupation: an accomplished racer and piano instructor
Family: Michiru is what she considers to be her true family, as well as the inner senshi. Her late father is the only biological family she ever felt close to.

Personality: The tom-boy has the personality reflected so well by the wind; strong, courageous, and spontaneous, yet gentle and loving.
She is distant by nature, a trait she inherited from her mother. Her father, an affectionate man often commented on her mother's aloof attitude coming through in the girl.
She is hopelessly dedicated to her lover, and even though she has quite the flirtatious personality, she could never think of leaving Michiru.
She is a battle ready soldier, ready to sacrifice her own life for the solar system she has been burdened with protecting. She would not hesitate, but wishes secretly that the task had been left to someone other than her and Michiru, and that they could be allowed to live their life in peace.
History:
Haruka was born into a very well off family, and was given the best of everything. She got along well with her father, but her mother was a piece of work, wanting nothing more than for Haruka to be the little girl she always wanted.
Her mother forced her to take piano lessons, and her father bought her a motorcycle and signed her up for Judo, all of which she exceeded at.
Her father and mother continued their power struggle over the girl her entire young life. At the age of eleven she cut her long blonde hair off with a pair of shears in order to spite her mother after a heated argument with her; her father loved the haircut whilst her mother despised it. A few weeks later she took the same set of shears to her dresses, her father taking her shopping to buy clothes she felt more comfortable in. Her mother and father divorced a year later, Haruka going to live in Tokyo with her father, and never heard from her mother again.
Her father died when she was a freshman in high school, and left her an incredible sum of money.
Her sophomore year of high school was when she truly believed her life to have begun, however, with the arrival of Kaioh Michiru. She ran from the girl at first, knowing that when she finally gave into the beautiful girl, she would have to succumb to the destiny she had been running from for so long.
Powers:
Haruka is physically stronger than most other people, of course.
World Shaking: a ball of energy is gathered from the heavens and forced to the earth where it gathers speed and crashes into the enemies. It is sometimes assumed to be an earth based attack, but it is purely a sky attack.
Space Sword Blaster: Haruka can launch energy from the blade itself, but it is also useful in hand to hand combat
Past Life: Haruka's memory is complete, with no missing pieces or lost details.
RP Sample:
She looked towards a sleeping Michiru, pushing a stray lock of hair behind her ear, smiling. The girl was beautiful, and Haruka knew herself to be lucky at receiving the girls love. She laid a light kiss to the girls temple, and slid from the bed and walked to the open window.
The cool wind played with her hair, the tom boy closing her eyes and allowing it to blow around her, making goose-bumps appear on her naked skin. A pair of arms encircled her waist and she turned to see the violinist snuggling against her back.

Looks great, but there are a couple of things I'd like to see.
Most importantly, I'd really like to see some description of her history since Galaxia. Other than being with Michiru, what has she done in the 8 years since that conflict? Does she have a career outside of being a Senshi?
The other thing is their powers have grown beyond the attacks in the manga/anime. I"d imagine that her connection to the sky/wind has increased. I'm not saying she wouldn't still have those basic attacks, but how have her powers grown?

Mmm ok, hon, first try and double space your paragraphs? It's really hard to read right now, especially at the personality and history sections. Other than that, the underlying concept looks good. The grammar nazi in me begs me to state that you need to watch your tenses and sentence structure, but that isn't going to make or break you in our eyes so long as you're trying  Like Ami said, we just need a bit more history of what she's been doing after Galexia, and maybe a bit of a bump up on her powers.
Also, on a personal note I'd like to ask if you're going with more of the anime or manga personality/history/universe? There is no right or wrong answer, I'm just curious.
